PARENTS – I still need a couple of chaperones for each day. If you can help, please let me know. Thanks.

All that being said…here of the plans in case there are delays or school closings…VERY IMPORTANT. Please Note – these changes do not change the attendance policy for Assessment in any way. Attendance is still mandatory.

1) If we are delayed on Thursday, 3/22, the above schedule will be followed as stated above.

2) If we are closed on Thursday, the entire event will be moved to Tuesday and Wednesday, 3/27 & 3/28. The times will remain exactly the same. The difference is the days (A/B) will be flipped and we will have to make some adjustments to our plans prior to departure from CHS. I will keep you posted.

If you have any questions about any of this, please let me know.

As far as other events this week…

Thursday, 3/22 – Winter Guard Rehearsal from 6-8 PM

Friday, 3/23 – Final Payment for Spring Trip is due; Winter Drum Line Rehearsal from 6-9 PM

Saturday, 3/24 – Winter Drum Line Competition at South County High School (Fairfax).

Obviously, if schools are closed, all activities for that day are cancelled as well.

I will definitely keep everyone posted of any changes/updates. Thanks for all you do!!

Stay Safe!

Mr. Leonard
